For this award QSO/SWL after 1 Jan.1979 are valid.
The award has three classes for QSO/SWL with different number of countries, allocated in 28 ITU zone:

  • III class - 28 QSO with 10 countries and 5 QSO with LZ;
  • II class - 28 QSO with 16 countries and 5 QSO with LZ;
  • I class - 28 QSO with 20 countries and 5 QSO with LZ;
